Terms of use
shop.hograph.gr is an online store (hereinafter referred to as "COMPANY") selling printing services and related products and is owned by Maria Plevria (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER"), which is based at Androutsou 99, 18532 Piraeus, and maintains a retail on this street. The COMPANY's services are provided in accordance with these terms of use and the privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms. The visitor, upon entering the "BUSINESS" must carefully read these terms. The OWNER may modify these terms of use at any time. Visitors/users are responsible for periodically checking whether there have been any changes to these terms of use. The use of the online store after the above-mentioned amendment is considered as acceptance of the terms of use, as amended. In case of NOT accepting any terms of use, the use of the online store is expressly PROHIBITED.
1. Information & Products Provided
The COMPANY is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information listed on the www.hograph.gr website, both in terms of the exact information displayed and the services provided by its online store, under the reservation of any technical or typographical errors, which cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.
2. Limitation of Liability
The COMPANY is not liable towards customers / users for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (except for the cases of paragraph 9. "Product returns"). It also reserves the right to deliver the goods in cases of force majeure. The COMPANY cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but it guarantees timely information to end consumers about their unavailability. COMPANY provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website "as is". Under no circumstances is the COMPANY (and therefore also the OWNER) liable for any legal or civil and/or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which is indicative and not restrictive, disjunctive and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from website visitors or third parties for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or failure to provide services and/or and information made available by him and/or by any unauthorized third-party interference with products and/or services and/or information made available through him.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
This website is the official online store of the COMPANY. All the content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services and products provided are the intellectual property of the COMPANY and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, analog / digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading the public about the real provider of the content of the website is prohibited. Any reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the OWNER or any other legal owner of the above copyrights. The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent the COMPANY and/or its online shop shop.hograph.gr, and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of COMPANY and/or shop.hograph.gr and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international trademark and industrial and intellectual property laws. In any case, their appearance and display on the shop.hograph.gr website and in the COMPANY's online store should in no way be taken as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
4. Personal Information
In order to use the online store, it is necessary for you to disclose some of your personal information. In order to place an order, you will be asked for your full name, address, the address to which you want the products for sale to be shipped, your phone number, your email address, etc. and in case you choose payment by credit card as payment method and its number, expiry date and code. By entering your e-mail address, you accept that all communications necessary for the completion of your order may be sent to your stated e-mail address.
5. Protection of Personal Data
During your visit to the store pages and in order to order products, but also to ensure the possibility of communicating with you in order to inform you about our new products, it is possible that you will be asked to declare information concerning you (name, profession, electronic address, date of birth, etc.). Any personal data that you declare anywhere on the pages and services of the shop.hograph.gr website are intended exclusively for ensuring the operation of the respective service and may not be used by any third party, without complying with the provisions of N 2472/97 regarding the protection against processing of personal data, as it applies from time to time. The online shop shop.hograph.gr operates in accordance with the applicable Greek and Community legislation and keeps your personal data securely for as long as you are registered in a service of shop.hograph.gr which is deleted after the end of the transactional relationship. The personal data you declare in the online store is used exclusively by it, for the purpose of supporting and executing the business relationship. The data kept in the file may be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions. The Customer has, within the framework of telecommunications privacy legislation, the rights of information and objection provided for in articles 11 to 13 of the law.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3 postal address, Athens / www.dpa.gr), if you consider that the processing of your Personal Data violates the applicable national and regulatory legal framework for the protection of personal data. 6. Purchase of products
During the purchase and the completion of the order, the user is guided step by step by the system's automatic instructions. The order will be archived. Upon completion of the order, a message will be sent to the user via e-mail certifying the receipt of the order. Also, the store has the right to contact the user by phone in order to confirm the order. If during the execution of the order an error occurs that is the responsibility of the store, the latter has the obligation to rectify the error. In any case, the user, before completing the order, will have the possibility to check the order and correct it.
7. Prices of Products Sold
The prices listed next to each product as the final price do not include the legal VAT, which is automatically calculated when the order is completed in the form configured in the My Cart option.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The total cost (including shipping costs) is confirmed on the form generated when completing the order.
8. Shipping – Availability of Products
Shipments will be made to the place indicated by the customer with one of the available shipping methods selected by the customer during the purchase process. As long as the ordered product is immediately available in our warehouses and as long as there are no other reasons that compel us to temporarily or permanently suspend sales of a product, an effort will be made to make shipments in 24-72 hours.
9. Product Returns
In the case of self-contained ready-made items, where the product sent to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.) due to proven fault of the store, the customer has the right to return product on the same or next business day of delivery. The product must be in excellent condition, unused and its packaging must be intact, i.e. not unsealed or tampered with. In these cases, the store assumes the shipping costs for returning the product to its headquarters as well as the shipping costs for replacing the product, provided that the returned products are returned by the customer to the store in the same way and by the same company transports that received them. If the product is not returned on the same or the next working day, then the store may not accept any return.
It is not possible to return PERSONALIZED and made-to-order items or items with Print-to-order processing, Marking, Engraving, Cutting, or other related personalization finishes that have been assigned to be completed by agreement, the validation of personalization elements and item finishes is done electronically and always before the execution of orders, therefore it is impossible to return items of this type.
In cases where, with proven fault on the part of the store, the product sent to the customer was defective (functioning or quality) or was of poor and defective quality (damaged during transport, etc.) the customer must either from the outset not accept receipt of the product or, after receiving it to return the product on the same or the next working day of delivery. In any case, the product must be returned in the condition it was received by the customer, complete and without further damage, and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product. In these cases, the store assumes the shipping costs for returning the product to its headquarters as well as the shipping costs for replacing the product. If the product is not returned on the same or the next working day, then the store may not accept any return.
In cases where the product ordered by the customer does not meet his requirements and the fact is solely due to the customer's misjudgment, then the store has no responsibility and no obligation to change or return the product.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use, the use of the online store as well as transactions through it, are governed by Greek Law. In the event that any of the present terms and conditions were deemed invalid or voidable, such invalidity or voidability shall not affect the validity of the other terms. Competent for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the use of the online store or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or on the occasion thereof are the Courts of the seat of the store.
11. Minors
All the products of the online store www.hograph.gr are aimed at people over 18 years old. Hograph reserves the right to cancel any order immediately without notice if we believe the order has been placed by someone who does not have legal rights or is under the age of 18.
12.Newsletters – Advertising/Information Bulletins
Hograph provides the possibility to the visitors/users of shop.hograph.gr, to choose their information about new products, offers, stores, contests, etc. by sending informative messages "newsletters" to their electronic or postal address or by telephone. These newsletters are the intellectual property of shop.hograph.gr and are therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions. The Company may keep a file with the e-mail addresses of the recipients for the sending of other messages of an informative or financial nature. shop.hograph.gr will not misuse its above service. In the event that the user does not wish to receive informative messages, it is possible to stop receiving them. The use of the Customer's e-mail address for matters related to any of his orders do not constitute newsletters within the meaning of this.
13. Cookies & IP Addresses
Like most websites, we may store information about the user in cookies (small alphanumeric files that we transfer to the hard drive of the user's computer). The storage of cookies is the usual practice followed by many websites in order to offer you important services such as: order status, personal settings, storing items in the cart.

Please note that when you visit our website, we store your IP address, a unique identifier for your computer or other access device.
